Academic Background: A Bachelor of Law degree and Bachelor of Police Science from The Egyptian Police Academy (4Years)

Work Experience: Excellent knowledge of security management for 18 years, combined with previous solid background of Police and Admin work, 4 years working for the United Nations Missions, in the last Two years I was DDr and Liaison Police Elections officer in Sector Juba at South Sudan and Deputy UNMIS UNPOL MHQ Chief of Personnel and Acting Admin officer in UNMIS, and Director of Inspection Department- MHQ Special Troops Main HQ, currently I’m head of security in Team4 Security company.

25 years experience working as a senior police officer in Egyptian ministry of interior. (current rank is Brigadier

 4 years experience working for the UN police as a police station commander - police Trainer and monitor - MHQ chief of Personnel and Acting chief of admin - 

10 years experience in security management and analyzing during working for Egyptian police in Operations as operation supervisor - and chief of Operations.

• Setting a regular Follow-up system with Site Managers across different business lines
• Conducting a security visit survey to all sites
• Conducting sites security assessment of all security policies and procedures and to identify potential security risks and the likelihood of their occurrence and their impact to the site
• Setting security plans according to the site security risk assessment report made
• Ensuring SMP is dynamic and is delivered and up to TEAM4 quality level agreements
• Manage the security operations

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of security management and Planning and risk management, Knowledge of all inputs of security plans/evacuation plans in accordance with UN Field Security Handbook. Knowledge of MOSS and MORSS compliant, Threat/risk assessment and analyses, zone warden system and staff tracking system. Able to provide orientation to international and national staff members on security guidelines, communication procedures, travel precautions, emergency procedures and existing restrictions in movement such as curfews, restricted and dangerous areas.
