As a - Planning Section Manager, shady supervised a team of four planners in 3 projects and was responsible for the Coordination with project management team and stakeholders to develop, monitor and control project’s activities. He was responsible of developing the main analysis and reporting system for the monitoring and controlling process and responsible of developing and monitoring the project main KPIs (Key performance indicators), and integrate the project report with the permanent consolidated report of the entire program submitted to the client including the required corrective action if needed. Reviewing and approving all the submitted time schedules and developing the integrated schedules updating system enabling schedules data extracting and presenting in monthly and weekly fixed reports showing all the projects status with different grouping and sorting systems according to the client requirements. Developing an overall project Dash Boards to the Managing Director throughout all project stages from mobilization till handing over to help in any resources reallocation. Prepare project time schedule, including manpower and equipment schedule and all subsequent field working schedules required per the contract requirements. Reviewing the contractor requested change orders giving the full time impact analysis of these events. Tracing Issues affecting project completion and issue an extension of time claims (EOT) per event, issuing the claim, and studying any claims for the subcontractors. Developing the training planes for the planning team, and lecturing about risk management for the main team in the company. Additionally, I helped in implementing Primavera enterprise system in the company and aligning with the program with the ERP system.
