• Supervise and provide technical guidance to 40+ technicians per shift to ensure smooth production and test-system reliability.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical test systems across multiple production lines.
• Troubleshoot electrical test systems and wiring harness testing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring failures.
• Coordinate with international engineering teams regarding hardware upgrades, technical issues, and spare-parts management.
• Participate in the successful launch and production support of Toyota C-HR, Renault B13, and Honda Motorcycle programs.
• Train and mentor 15+ technicians on troubleshooting techniques, maintenance procedures, and test-system operation.
• Prepare maintenance reports, SOPs, technical manuals, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Utilize WTT software for test-system monitoring and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering departments to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
