I have a true passion for hospitality, well-experienced in managing diversified teams and have an easy interaction with guests as exemplified by a certificate of commendation that I received from “Mr. Bill W. Marriott”, with more than 20 years of experience in the “Rooms Operations Department” and 3 years in the “Food and Beverage” within the International Hotels & Restaurants in many countries such as USA, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.

I have exposure to work in tandem with colleagues of diversified culture.

I worked all the time with international hotel chains where I gained lots of experience and professional quality of service and hotel management industry like:-

• Concorde El Salam Hotels and Resorts, Egypt, (725 Rooms).
• JW Marriott Hotel Cairo, Egypt, (428 Rooms).
• Sonesta Hotels, Egypt, (230 Rooms).
• Mena House Hotel & Casino, Egypt & KSA (330 Rooms).
• In addition to few years after Luxor crisis I gained international F&B experience in Kuwait & United State of America. 

Bachelors Degree in Commerce 1982 to 1986– Accountancy - Cairo University, Egypt.
