I Have more than 20 years of experience in Construction, Commercial and Tendering field through various positions including Contracts, Commercial, Tendering, and Technical in some of the Mega Projects in MENA region.

Currently I’m in the role of Deputy Commercial & Cost Director employed by Orascom Construction, one of the leading construction contractors in the MENA region and the world ; I have the responsibility of leading the projects contracts at the head office in Cairo for all the projects of New Urban Communities Authorities , Army Divisions , Water department and GALBERT at value of 50 billion EGP dealing with business unit Executive Director and Operations Director to setup and ensure proper implementation of the contracts and claims administration strategy, guidelines, policies and procedures In addition, leading the tenders for all Orascom Construction Tenders projects in KSA and manage all relation with current and potential clients and Partners

I have a large experience relevant to Commercial, Tender & Budgeting Process in different type of projects including Infrastructure, Transportation Projects, Marine Projects, Building and Industrial Projects in Egypt and Gulf area In addition , I had been in the role of Estimation and Budgeting Manager for Gulf Area employed by Orascom Construction, I have the responsibility of leading the Tendering and Estimation at the head office in Cairo for all the projects in Egypt and Gulf area (KSA , UAE , Bahrain , Kuwait and Libya) I have very good Technical and Commercial background through 5 years (2009-2014) Working in the tendering department, dealing with subcontractor and material suppliers. While I'm very detailed oriented to the technical, contractual issues and surveying of document and drawings I have the experience in different type of projects as BOOT, BOT, PPP, EPC and Re measured B.O.Q dealing with business model and financial model in different type of projects.

• Very good at negotiating with subcontractors (design & construction) in tender stage.
• Very good at preparing split of work, responsibility matrix and pre bid agreement.
• Very good at detailing of concrete structures using ArmaCad and AutoCAD.
