WORK EXPERIENCE 

NASPS Technology & Innovation - Process Engineer [Present] 

Performing the process of electronic operation and control of the production line.  Follow up the quality to be achieved on the production line.  Follow up on malfunctions that occur during operation and inform the direct supervisor.  Follow up the numbers issued by the controllers to ensure product quality.  Prepare a full report for the direct supervisor on the production process after its completion.  Supervising the cleanliness of the production line after completion.  Supervising the technicians and ensure that they work together as a team and follow instructions.  Research, analysis and testing of manufacturing methods and equipment.

SEDICO Pharmaceutical Co - Utilities Maintenance Engineer [2022-2023] 

 Supervising the preventive and corrective maintenance of Utilities equipment (Water cooled, air cooled and absorption chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, centrifugal pumps, boilers and compressors) for these areas: (Sterile, Solid, Tablets, Soft Gelatin and Sterile Penicillin).  Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well.  Arranging maintenance with the competent department so as not to disrupt the production process.  Review the operating papers (Log Books) and requirements for weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of the equipment.

ATCO Pharma for Pharmaceutical Industries - Mechanical Maintenance Engineer [2020-2022] 

 Supervising the preventive and corrective maintenance of production machines (Blistering, Tablets, Capsule, Coating, Sachets, Blinders and liquids filling), and making the necessary repairs and maintenance.  Follow up on maintenance plans and schedules for utilities (HVAC, boilers, AHU, compressors, pumps) and infrastructure to ensure optimal use in the factory.  Preparing the annual maintenance plan and the necessary developments for all sectors of mechanical engineering.  Managing and monitoring the inventory purchase cycle for spare parts, tools and equipment.  Providing technical support to all sectors of mechanical engineering.  Approval of operating papers for the various mechanical components.  Make a study for any new project and work on completing mechanical works only.  Responsible for complying with the integrated quality system for quality, environment, health and safety with regard to his job and duties.
