Hello, my name is Yaacoub Samir. I'm 31 years old, and I graduated from the Faculty of Arts, French Department. I currently live in Giza.

As for my work experience:

I began my career as a secretary at a music institute.
Then, I worked as a receptionist at a hotel in Dou'i.
After that, I joined Exceed in 6th of October City as a call center agent, where I worked for three years.
I then joined Orange Egypt, first as a technical support agent, and later moved to the sales department.
Currently, I’m working at Teleperformance, and I’ve been there for five months.

Now, I’m looking for a new job opportunity where I can grow, contribute, and build on my past experience.
