During this intensive GRC internship, I assisted in conducting over 10 information security risk assessments aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks. I contributed to the development and review of more than 15 information security policies and procedures to enhance compliance readiness. I also participated in mock compliance audits and gap analyses, identifying control deficiencies and recommending corrective actions.

Throughout the program, I gained practical experience in mapping technical vulnerabilities to strategic business and governance risks, strengthening my understanding of risk management and compliance processes.
