This is a full-time, on-site role located in Spain, for a SaaS Sales Executive covering Europe. The role involves driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities in the SaaS space.
Key responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, developing sales strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, stay updated on industry trends, and represent the company's innovative solutions to potential clients. 5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales (preferably Enterprise, Network Security, or SaaS) ~ Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($100K+ in ASP Sales) ~ Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure ~ Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage complex sales cycles ~ Develop deep understanding of Alepo’s Agentic AI , AAA, BSS and digital platform offerings ~ Understanding of cloud-based technologies and digital transformation trends in telecommunications ~ Experience in identifying market opportunities and crafting effective sales strategies ~ Expert Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software ~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with Agentic-AI, and digital transformation solutions We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive – Sales to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts in the telecom and digital services space. Drive new logo acquisition across Enterprise customers and Communication Service Providers Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers to position strategic solutions Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
