Dandy is looking for an Account Manager to join the growing team and delight our customers: dentists across the country. New customers will be transitioned directly from sales to you, and you will quickly build your portfolio to 100+ accounts.
Drive NRR through strategic account planning and proactive customer engagement Utilize data and customer feedback to analyze your book of business and formulate a plan on customer engagement Use a mix of service and sales skills to manage the doctor experience during critical moments of Dandy’s customer journey Commercial Sales Drive sales of additional scanners within a practice Client Relationship Management Provide consultative solutioning and negotiate commercial terms with doctors through a nuanced understanding their goals and feedback Deeply understand the operations of a dentistry practice and the competitive market of digital dentistry to better engage with doctors Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer support and training to better serve your customers 6+ years of experience in dental industry in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or other role that interfaced directly with dentists ~ Comfortable analyzing data and using dashboards to inform your decisions and outreach. ~ Highly motivated, performance driven individual. ~ Native or near-native fluency in the local market language, with strong knowledge of local dental norms and terminology. Fluency in Catalan is a plus. English fluency is also required for global collaboration. ~ This role is based in Barcelona, Spain with an in-office requirement of 4 days a week.
