Your role at Hostinger

Affiliate Product Growth Lead in the Marketing team. As part of Hostinger’s Affiliate team, you’ll own the product portfolio strategy, drive channel growth, and lead the Product Marketing Managers team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the PPC, Influencer, Content, SEO, and CRO teams to unlock new growth opportunities.

Your day-to-day

Lead and oversee the full product strategy across the Affiliates channel, including Hosting, VPS, Domains, Email, Reach, Builder, and Horizons, ensuring clear direction and measurable impact

Manage and mentor all Product Owners within the Affiliates team, supporting their growth

Take full ownership of the planning process, from defining quarterly objectives to aligning execution with long-term business goals

Collaborate closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure product initiatives are effectively positioned and executed

Drive experimentation initiatives and identify new affiliate channel opportunities to unlock additional growth

Set clear priorities for product marketing activities within the Affiliates channel, balancing impact, resources, and strategic focus

Your skills and experience

Proven experience defining and executing quarterly and annual strategic plans

Direct ownership of revenue targets, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding them

Strong background in product growth strategies and/or launching and scaling new channels

Hands-on team management experience, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop talent

Solid understanding of how affiliate channels operate, including different partner models and incentive structures

Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, translating insights into action

Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organization
