We’re looking for a versatile and customer-focused After Sales Representative to join our team at Timber Cabins. This role goes far beyond traditional after-sales support – you’ll oversee a wide scope of administrative and project management functions, acting as the central link between our customers and internal teams. Strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and flexibility are key to ensuring that every customer’s journey with us is smooth, efficient, and rewarding.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the post-sale customer journey, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly and on time;

  • Act as the main project coordinator, managing communication between sales, production, logistics, construction, and other departments;

  • Keep customers updated on project progress, providing clear and proactive communication;

  • Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with a solution-oriented approach;

  • Maintain accurate project and customer records in CRM software;

  • Drive processimprovements by identifying recurring challenges and suggesting creative solutions;

  • Balance multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and adapting quickly to changes;

  • Manage and investigate claims related to order fulfillment, ensuring swift and fair resolution.
Requirements

  • Fluent Spain – your main working language;

  • Excellent English language skills (other languages are an advantage);

  • Strong organizational and project management skills – ability to coordinate multiple projects from start to finish;

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Experience inproject management and customer-facing roles, exposure to debt collection is a plus;

  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage changing priorities and unexpected challenges;

  • Creative and proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction;

  • Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills;

  • Attention to details, accuracy and responsibility;

  • Good computerliteracy, experience with CRM and accounting systems is an advantage. xugodme
