Agile Product Owner (Remote) (Esteiro)

Position Overview

UST seeks a strategic and operationally driven Functional Product Owner with strong expertise in Contact Center and omnichannel servicing solutions. 100% remote work within Spain.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the functional vision and roadmap of the Contact Center platform.
• Translate business and operational needs into scalable, global product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technical and Operations teams in a global, agile, multi‑country environment.
• Focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Act as the end‑to‑end functional owner of remote servicing and omnichannel interaction capabilities used by Contact Center service teams.
• Understand local operational needs and balance local requirements with integral product opportunities.
• Plan releases and maintain functional documentation up to date in Confluence and Jira.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product ownership and/or functional analysis, specifically in Contact Center platforms, remote servicing and omnichannel environments, and Contact Center operations.
• Experience with omni‑channel customer service models.
• Experience working with operational and technical teams in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to work autonomously in complex, cross‑functional and global environments.
• Experience in global and multi‑country product organizations.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
