We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Functional Product Owner to lead the Reporting & Insights solution within our SaaS Assisted Channels platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the end-to-end analytics, reporting, and operational insights capabilities used across Contact Centers, Branches, Commercial Campaigns, Customer Operations, and Customer Experience domains. Define and prioritize Reporting capabilities, Operational dashboards, Realtime monitoring views and Analytical use cases Collaborate with country programs to (1) understand operational needs, (2) Identify reusable global capabilities, (3) Evaluate local requirements versus global product opportunities Coordinate with technical teams and participate actively in backlog prioritization, release planning, functional validation and Stakeholder management Maintain functional documentation updated in Confluence and Jira Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional analysis and Reporting and analytics solutions Experience working with BI and analytics teams in Agile delivery environments Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and Global versus local demands Ability to work in global and multi-country product organizations.
