We are currently expanding our team and looking for an AI Engineer to join a cutting-edge initiative within Connected Insights, where you will design and deploy AI-driven solutions that directly impact business strategy and decision-making.

Your mission
Design and deliver scalable, reliable, and high-impact AI systems that transform data into actionable insights for business and strategy teams.
You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world applications, ensuring solutions are not only innovative but also usable, ethical, and impactful.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Build LLM-powered applications for business and strategy use cases.
- Design and implement multi-agent systems and tool-based workflows.
- Develop RAG pipelines and vector-based retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize models for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
- Ensure AI solutions meet ethical, privacy, and compliance standards.
What will make you successful in this role
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs and modern AI systems ( You'll be able to design and implement solutions using embeddings, RAG pipelines, and vector databases)
- Experience building or working with multi-agent systems (This will allow you to create scalable, intelligent workflows for complex tasks)
- Solid Python and software engineering foundation (You'll build reliable, production-ready systems using best practices)
- Understanding of evaluation frameworks for AI systems ( You'll ensure model quality in terms of accuracy, consistency, and bias)
- Experience with distributed systems and APIs ( This will help you integrate AI solutions into real-world architectures)
- Strong problem-solving mindset (You'll tackle complex, ambiguous challenges and turn them into working solutions)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ( You'll translate technical concepts into business impact)
- Experience with agentic AI systems and autonomous workflows
- Hands-on work with fine-tuning or customizing LLMs (GPT, Llama, etc.)
- Knowledge of ML observability and monitoring
- Experience with ML platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Familiarity with serverless architectures and cloud cost optimization
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
