AI Engineer - EU Remote

AI Engineer – up to €130k + bonus – Fully Remote

OB are currently working with a high-growth Series A company building a sophisticated data platform used to monitor and generate insights across a portfolio of real-world assets.

They’re looking for an AI Engineer to build and ship production‑grade LLM and agent systems across the core product.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship conversational AI features directly into the product
• Develop agent workflows with tool use and function calling
• Combine internal data with external sources to power deeper search and insights
• Design and improve evaluation frameworks for LLM performance
• Extend backend systems to support reliable, low‑latency AI features
• Work closely with frontend and product to take features from idea to production

Requirements

• Strong Python experience, ideally with FastAPI or similar
• Experience building with LLMs, including RAG, prompting, and tool use
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain or similar
• Solid SQL skills and experience working with data‑heavy systems
• Experience with vector databases and embedding workflows
• Comfortable experimenting with new models and shipping quickly

Package up to €130k + bonus (depending on experience)
