What you will do

• Design and create engaging training curricula, workshops, and learning materials focused on practical AI applications for software engineers, including machine learning fundamentals, deep learning concepts, natural language processing, computer vision, and responsible AI practices.
• Lead and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting your teaching style to suit experienced technical audiences.
• Develop high-quality learning resources, including documentation, code examples, exercises, and assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering and DS teams to identify specific AI skill gaps and training needs.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Foster a community of AI learners within the engineering organization, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Define and track key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

What you will need to succeed:

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• Familiarity with the European tech landscape and relevant industry trends.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in a data science, machine learning engineering, or related role.
• Deep understanding of core AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely to technical audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs or workshops is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• A passion for teaching and empowering others to learn new technologies.
• Experience with MLOps practices is appreciated.
