Apprentice MDM

Here in MDM, we work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient master data for our business. In the MDM department we are linked to different functions and you’ll learn about dsm-firmenich MDM processes and get familiar with over 60 processes (material introductions, maintenance, commercial, packaging, customer and vendor master).

Your key responsibilities:
- Maintain master data appropriately ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability in SAP and other dependent systems.
- Provide timely responses to requested services and establish appropriate working relationships with internal customers.
- Ensure that developed processes are followed successfully and enforce business rules by providing adequate support.
- Ensure all communications are managed via the START tool.
- Manage multiple MDM processes (material management, commercial, packaging).

You bring
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a scientific subject such as chemistry or biology.
- Good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must; knowledge of any other language is a plus.
- Highly motivated to learn and eager to grow professionally.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer‑centred mindset.
