Context of the Positio n As part of our strategic international expansion, JD Logistics is establishing its core infrastructure within the Spanish market. This is a greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution .

This position is designed for an accomplished last-mile logistics leader who possesses the operational grit to manage a primary delivery depot hands-on, combined with the strategic capability to scale and oversee a multi-station regional delivery network .The Mission &

• Core Sco pe The Mission: Launch, stabilize, and optimize our last-mile delivery network across the Madrid region, ensuring exceptional On-Time Delivery (OTD) and customer satisfaction metric s.

The Scope: You will maintain dual accountability: serving as the direct, hands-on Station Manager for our launch facility (Station No. 1) while simultaneously orchestrating the broader deployment and performance management of two additional last-mile stations as the regional footprint expand s.Crucial Expectations &

• Depot Execution: Successfully establish day-to-day operations at Station No. 1, managing the sorting, route allocation, and dispatch processes to achieve target delivery success rates from day o ne.

• Governance: Oversee the commissioning of the remaining two regional stations, onboarding their respective leadership teams and standardizing performance across all three nod es. Carrier &
• Courier Architecture: Build and manage a highly reliable, flexible network of local delivery service providers, independent contractors, and couriers, balancing cost-per-delivery with stringent service level agreements (SLA s). Data-Driven Service Excellence: Monitor and optimize regional delivery metrics (including First-Time Delivery Rate, customer complaint resolution, and scanning compliance) using advanced data tracki ng.Position Requirem ents Greenfield Launch Expertise: You must have a verified background of successfully launching or managing high-volume delivery stations/depots from scratch within a tier-1 e-commerce or express parcel network (e.g., major last-mile integrators, e-commerce giants, or national courie rs).

Leadership Duality: Proven capability to switch seamlessly between micro-level depot execution (managing drivers and sorting floor issues) and macro-level regional management (multi-site KPIs and regional vendor relatio ns).

Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to lead local driver operations and provide clear technical and strategic reporting to global HQ. Knowledge of Mandarin is a distinct as set.
