Assistant Accounts Receivable - Portuguese (La Moraleja)

We are currently recruiting a Temporary Account Receivables (AR) Clerk for our EMEA HQ in Madrid, Alcobendas. The role is responsible for securing revenue for the business by checking and following up on external deposits for Portugal (Agencies).

Responsibilities

• Update receivables by checking deposits on Ria’s bank accounts, identifying deposits and recording them in the system to update the agent’s account.
• Contact agents in case of lack of payment and recover the due amount as soon as possible.
• Answer call center inquiries from agents wanting to update their account and review their financial situation with the company.
• Suspension of debtors’ accounts.
• Transfer files to Collections when the AR clerk has been unable to recover the due amount.

Qualifications

• Minimum A‑level education; a degree in a financial discipline is an advantage.
• 1‑2 years of work experience; experience in a call center is also valuable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese (and English or Spanish).
• Team player.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
