Health & Safety Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities Design, implement and monitor the Occupational Health & Safety Plan, ensuring its integration across all company areas. Identify, assess and control risks associated with industrial activities, proposing appropriate preventive measures. Ensure full compliance with applicable H&S regulations.

Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, risk assessments and improvement action plans. Promote training and awareness in occupational health and safety. Investigate accidents, incidents and occupational illnesses, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Collaborate with different departments to ensure safe working conditions and foster a preventive culture. Manage relationships with authorities, insurance entities and external prevention services. Prepare reports and monitor H&S KPIS.

Requirements Education: University degree + Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (all specialties) Experience: 3–5 years in similar roles within an industrial environm Knowledge:H&S regulations and legal frame Management systems (ISO 45001 is a plus) PRL management tools Languages: English B2–C1
