In this role you shape financial strategy for global Biomedical Research, partnering with research leaders to align resources with strategic priorities. You lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, delivering actionable insights to improve performance and resource allocation. You will identify risks and opportunities and support decisions with robust business cases and scenario analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with global research leaders to shape financial strategy and support key decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Biomedical Research functions
• Deliver insightful financial reporting and performance analysis
• Identify risks and opportunities through proactive monitoring and early warning indicators
• Provide strategic decision support via business cases, investment evaluations, and scenario analyses
• Conduct benchmarking and value-added analyses to optimize resource allocation
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment with continuous learning and capability development

Requisitos principales

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Information, or a related discipline
• Significant experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis xugodme
• Proven experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple business functions
• Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
