Associate Director, Sports Venue Planning (Madrid)

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Director role with 5-7 years of experience to oversee the execution of Venue Planning & Feasibility studies as part of CBRE’s Sports division. The role will require managing the execution of projects from start to finish, overseeing market demand analysis, building programme design and financial assessment. The selected candidate should be comfortable collaborating with architects, project managers and engineers to produce a full business plan for entertainment venues. The role will cover multiple geographies but be based full-time from our CBRE Madrid office.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and fluent English.
• Experience managing and coaching junior team members.
• High financial literacy, understanding financial statement analysis.
• High proficiency in Excel, preferably with experience building financial models.
• High proficiency in building PowerPoint presentations.
• High level of attention to detail and personal organization.
• Willingness to travel to client meetings on a semi-regular basis.
• Experience in a Sports Venue Consultancy or similar highly valued.
