The Green Recruitment CompanyThe Green Recruitment Company is currently searching for a Aerothermal Engineer – Business Development Focus to join a leading renewable energy platform in Spain. We are looking for a primarily technical engineering profile, ideally with solid experience in aerothermal systems, who also brings some exposure to commercial or client-facing activities.
The core of the role is engineering expertise: understanding client needs, designing technical solutions, sizing systems, and supporting project execution. Commercial skills are important, but secondary to the technical background. Identify and develop new B2B opportunities with industrial, commercial, and tertiary clients for aerothermal and energy efficiency solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Manage projects from technical proposal stage through implementation. Some commercial, business development, or client management experience.
Able to manage projects end-to-end with a hands-on and execution-oriented mindset.
Spanish and English.
