Key Responsibilities
- Manage export documents and the flow of goods release of the export business.
- Inform customers about their next due date of payments and follow up.
- Recover due debts from customers.
- Work together with Front Office to anticipate incidents in deliveries.
- Follow‑up and accounting of payments for Senegal, Ivory Coast and export to over 20 countries.
- Liaise with customers and follow‑up of customer accounts.
- Create purchase orders for logistics costs in SAP.
- Monitor and reconcile invoices from logistics vendors.

Knowledge &
Experience
- Minimum vocational training in Finance, Economics or International Trade (degree will be valued).
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Good command of English.
Skills & Attitude
- Organized, responsible and proactive.
- Strong focus on following procedures.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with customers and internal teams.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good team player and willing to work in an international business.
