We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Back Office Specialist to join our team in Malaga (on-site) and work on an exciting project within the medical and healthcare industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with digital tools, and interested in developing professional experience within the healthcare sector.

You will work mainly behind the scenes, managing information, processing requests, updating systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure that processes are completed accurately and on time.

You'll receive full training, ongoing support, and opportunities to develop your skills while gaining valuable experience in an international healthcare environment.

What you will do in this role

As a Dutch-speaking Back Office Specialist, you will:

• Provide back office and administrative support for a project within the medical and healthcare industry.
• Process and manage service-related requests accurately and efficiently.
• Review, validate, and update customer and case information in internal systems.
• Handle written communications and documentation related to operational requests when required.
• Ensure all information is correctly recorded and maintained in the relevant CRM and internal systems.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments and specialized teams when additional information or support is required.
• Monitor pending cases and follow up to ensure requests are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify inconsistencies, recurring issues, or process-related challenges and escalate them to the appropriate team.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail, particularly when handling information related to the medical industry.
• Meet agreed quality standards, productivity targets, service levels, and deadlines.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative international working environment.

Who are we looking for?

You could be a great match if you:

• Are native or proficient in Dutch and have a good level of English.
• Have previous experience in Back Office, Administration, Operations, Data Processing, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Have strong written communication and comprehension skills.
• Are highly organized and have excellent attention to detail.
• Enjoy working with information, processes, and digital systems.
• Are comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
• Are able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Are proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
• Can work independently while also collaborating effectively with an international team.
• Are comfortable working with targets, deadlines, quality standards, and established procedures.
• Can handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Are interested in gaining professional experience within the medical and healthcare industry.

Previous experience in healthcare, medical administration, technical processes, or regulated environments is a plus, but it is not essential.

• Stable, full-time 39-hour weekly contract
