Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
Starting date: October 1st 2026 until September 30th.

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2026 and will last 11 months. It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week), during which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Helicopters is looking for a motivated intern to join our Airframe Stress Department. In this role, you will not just be crunching numbers; you will be at the intersection of classical structural mechanics and modern digital innovation. We are looking for a responsible, curious, and committed intern who is always eager to go the extra mile. If you want to help us define how helicopters are calculated and certified in the digital age, we want to hear from you.
Finite Element Modeling (FEM): Support the team in creating and refining structural simulations using industry‑standard tools like Nastran and Hyperworks.
Digitalisation & AI Implementation: Drive the digital transformation of the stress department by automating calculation processes and exploring AI‑driven tools to optimise structural analysis and data retrieval.
Procedures & Standards: Conduct research and familiarise yourself with internal stress manuals, aviation regulations, and certification guidelines for helicopter airframes.
Structural Evaluation: Analyse existing concepts and evaluate design solutions for technical challenges, ensuring structural safety and efficient systems integration.
Technical Reporting: Assist in the preparation of stress reports, certification documentation, and technical presentations.
Education: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar (with a focus on structures).
Technical Skills: Solid foundation in structural mechanics and materials. Experience with FEM software (Nastran, Altair Hyperworks) is highly valued.
Digital Mindset: Proficient in programming (ideally Python or VBA) with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and process automation.
Personal Attributes: Highly responsible, curious, and proactive. You don’t just solve the problem; you look for the most efficient, digital way to do it.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, commitment to quality, and ability to work in an international team.
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of German or French is a plus.
