Position Summary

Providing administrative support to the GM, BBUU, AAMM and Communication

Key Accountabilities

• Employee Travel Management
• Maintenance and control of the warehouse
• Registering new providers in SAP
• Shipping of marketing material (e.g. manuals, catalogs, brochures), samples and reagents
• Managing internal and external communication
• Maintenance of the stock of office material and daily incidents (e.g. temperature control, maintenance, mail distribution...)
• Supporting the Business Units in the internal and external audits by assuring all the documentation required is available and updated: creation of DRCs in SAP and Sharepoint
• Printing and binding of the BBUU materials
• Request for translations
• Course certificates

Minimum Knowledge for the position:

Bachelor's degree student

English (Advanced level)

Portuguese desirable
