We are looking for a Business Operations & Sales Intern to support our English-speaking market in Spain. This role combines B2C & B2B sales, partnerships, and client management within the fields of tax and business services.

This is not just a sales role — you will play a key part in driving our international client network and collaborations while receiving high-level training.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Collaborate in identifying new commercial opportunities and sourcing B2B leads.
  • Learn to build and maintain relationships with collaborators, agencies, and influencers in the expat and foreign professional ecosystem in Spain.
  • Represent the company in online communities and networking environments.
B2B & B2C Sales
  • Conduct consultative sales of tax and business services related to Spain.
  • Help open new B2B opportunities (companies, startups, SMEs, international business owners).
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable service solutions based on technical knowledge.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and follow up with leads diligently.
Client & Project Coordination
  • Support client onboarding and document collection, acting as a bridge between clients and our internal tax/legal teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in managing client cases during key periods (e.g., tax filing deadlines).
  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Market Presence
  • Participate in marketing initiatives (e.g., appearing in videos, educational content). xohynlm
  • Act as a representative for the English-speaking market.
Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
  • Native or near-native English Level (required)
  • Advanced Spanish Level (required)
  • Interest in tax, business, or regulatory topics
Experience
  • Experience in sales (B2C/B2B) or business development is a plus
  • Experience in partnerships or channel building is highly valued
  • Experience working with international clients or expat communities is a strong plus
Soft Skills
  • High energy & natural curiosity, and analytical mindset
  • Confident communicator with relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, and results-driven
