What you'll do as a People Business Partner: Be the strategic commercial people partner for the South Europe region leadership team, shaping and delivering a people plan that is aligned to our growth and performance goals. Actively work with business leaders to improve performance and team health. Step into conversations where people are central to success, and bring a clear, commercial lens to talent and performance issues.
Design & lead change — organisational design, workforce planning, post-merger integration, and geographic expansion
- Oversee HR operations, systems, and compliance to ensure seamless employee experience. Leverage data and insights to guide decisions and measure impact. A proven (Senior) HR/People Business Partner in a fast paced, scaling, multicounty environment (matrix / multiple legal entities).
A trusted advisor and influencer: curious, proactive, comfortable challenging (including upwards), and skilled at building healthy stakeholder relationships. Strong in OD, change and workforce planning: from strategic design to sleeves-rolled-up delivery
- Fluent in English and one or more of the following languages: French
- Spanish or Italian
- Performance-based annual bonus
