We are currently hiring an experienced Business Process Owner to support a large-scale international SAP S/4HANA transformation project within the Finance domain, with a focus on Treasury and Revenue Accounting processes. You will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring smooth adoption of new ways of working across multiple regions and teams.

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid - 2 weeks per month on-site)

Workload : 100%

Your responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end Finance processes within Treasury and Revenue Accounting, including:
  • Cash and liquidity management
  • Bank connectivity and multi-bank operations
  • Accounts receivable processes, including dunning
  • Credit management and control activities
  • Contract-based revenue and settlement processes
  • Drive global process standardization and ensure consistent execution across regions
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and transformation teams to ensure process alignment
  • Design and deliver structured training programs using a train-the-trainer approach
  • Develop training materials, process documentation, and digital learning content (including videos)
  • Support testing phases (FIT, UAT), including test execution, script review, and defect coordination
  • Contribute to cutover preparation, data validation, and go-live readiness activities
Your profile:
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Accounting functions
  • Strong background in SAP FI/CO and FSCM, ideally within SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Proven experience in Treasury, Cash Management, and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Background in global ERP transformation or rollout projects is highly desirable
  • Experience in process ownership or business-facing leadership roles (e.g. Finance Manager, Process Owner, Transformation Lead)
  • Strong experience in end-user training, documentation, and stakeholder enablement
  • Hands-on experience in testing activities (UAT/FIT) and system validation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are an advantage
