Aerodynamics Academy is a well-established EASA Approved Training Organisation based in Spain, with more than 27 years of continuous operation.

We operate from two bases in southern Spain — Granada and Málaga — and run a fully implemented Safety Management System within a genuine just culture, where safety reporting is encouraged and never penalised.

Our fleet combines traditional and brand-new aircraft with analogue and glass cockpits, all maintained in-house to ensure high availability and operational reliability.

Other than Integrated and modular training, we also deliver MPL programmes for several airlines in collaboration with CAE , exposing our instructors to airline-oriented training standards and structured cadet programmes.

Our ideal candidate

We are looking for two distinct profiles:

Developing Instructor A Flight Instructor with:

• Minimum 500 hours Total Time
• Minimum 200 hours of instructional experience

Who is motivated to continue developing professionally and obtain additional qualifications such as IRI and CRI. We offer a structured pathway to support your progression while providing stability and operational consistency.

Senior Instructor An experienced FI holding CRI and/or IRI privileges who is seeking:

• Long-term stability
• Predictable working conditions

Requirements

• EASA Unrestricted FI(A)
• Valid Class 1 Medical
• English ICAO Level 4 minimum
• Spanish ICAO Level 4 desirable
