• Data’s vision, objectives and strategy Supporting the Tech Leadership with the design, delivery and implementation of organizational, cultural and behavioral change within Tech. Continue to embed the Change Management methodology and framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Providing support to Primos within Tech &
• Data to understand and adopt change management tools and templates, ensuring optimal adoption of new technologies, organisational structures or ways of working. Own and mature the enterprise change portfolio management approach (intake, prioritisation, sequencing and governance) to optimise delivery capacity of projects being delivered by Tech & adopted across Bacardi, to minimise change saturation and maximise adoption.
Management guidance in an advisory capacity to in-flight strategic initiatives, supporting Primos through the PMO stage gates, developing and delivering change management plans and activities. Partner with PMO, Finance, Corporate Comms and functional leaders to ensure consistent standards across the portfolio (business case inputs, resourcing assumptions, communications approach and post-implementation adoption measurement). Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to enable collaboration on transformational initiatives and drive successful implementations and adoption of technology led initiatives.
Review of OCM Plans in the portfolio and attend PMO Stage Gates to review the people change aspect of projects being delivered, ensuring that the impact to Primos has been appropriately assessed, and the business has been engaged, the correct resources have been identified and the change plan sufficiently developed Take a leading role in upskilling the change management capabilities of Primos in Tech &
• Data, who have a hands on role in delivering our key strategic projects. Be the Change Management Resource lead within Tech &
• Data, managing internal and external change resources as required by the Tech &
• Data Portfolio. Provide regular updates and reports on the status of transformation and change initiatives to senior stakeholders Work closely with Corporate Comms to ensure Tech &
• Data Primos are fully engaged with the Tech and Data Strategy.
