An exciting opportunity to advance your career as a Client Manager within our highly successful Drinks team.

Responsibilities As a Client Manager, you will own the relationship with clients, build networks, identify upsell opportunities, and create and manage account plans with junior team members. You will become an expert in the fast‑moving drinks sector, offer opinions, create compelling PR pieces and thought leadership, and support Business Development initiatives. Key Outcomes - Act as the key point of contact for a portfolio of clients, attending and maximizing on‑site days.

Own all related client insight requests and project briefs, ensuring a high standard of written and presented content.

• Expand and build upon existing client networks through the connections, relationships and trust you bring to your clients.
• Work with the Consumer Insight Director to create and drive forward account plans for your portfolio; build renewal plans and proposals for clients.
• Spot opportunities to increase client access from both Shopper and Consumer perspectives, and partner with experts across the business to convert these and ensure client ROI.
• Coach junior team members, acting as a role model and providing feedback when appropriate.
