What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision‑making.
- Maintain and continuously optimize BI infrastructure—including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines—to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to uncover meaningful trends and support leadership in improving care delivery and organizational efficiency.
- Translate complex multi‑source healthcare datasets into trusted, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure BI outputs meet the quality, compliance, and governance standards expected in regulated healthcare environments.
- Collaborate asynchronously with cross‑functional teams—including data engineers, clinical operations, and AI researchers—to align analytics with real‑world needs.
Who You Are
- Experienced in healthcare or clinical analytics, business intelligence, or data management.
- Proven track record designing and managing BI systems, including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and scalable data models.
- Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets.
