We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Manager to oversee the company's regulatory and compliance functions. In this role, based in either Marbella or Malta , you will ensure that the organization adheres to all legal requirements, manages relationships with regulatory bodies, and maintains the highest standards of compliance. You will play a key role in guiding the company through audits, drafting policies, and ensuring the timely renewal of licenses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and serve as the main point of contact for compliance queries.
- Oversee audits from regulators and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Draft, implement, and regularly update company policies and procedures to align with legal and regulatory standards.
- Manage due diligence requests from game providers, banks, and regulators, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Lead external compliance audits and ensure timely submission of all regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate compliance risks.
- Manage the onboarding process for new banks and providers, ensuring all necessary checks and documentation are in place.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance within the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in leading audits and handling legal matters with regulatory bodies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AML and RG regulations is a plus.
