We are looking for an Engineer with strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital tools. Candidates with a background in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (or related fields) are welcome to apply. You will work in an international environment, applying data analytics tools to optimize processes, support data-driven decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Support procurement processes and prepare analytical and performance reports.
• Collect, process, and analyze project data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel tools.
• Collaborate with site and technical teams to track KPIs and monitor performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure integration between planning, execution, and control activities.

Requirements

Education:

• Degree in Civil, Industrial, or Construction Engineering (or related fields).

Experience:

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability.

Languages:

• Spanish and English – mandatory.
• Portuguese or French – a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Lean Construction and Agile methodologies.
