Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch-speaking) to join a project within the premium automotive sector. This is a fully remote position based in Spain, supporting customers who have shown interest in innovative automotive products.

This role focuses on delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting potential clients throughout their decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured follow-up calls with customers who have shown interest in automotive products

Provide professional and customer-focused support while representing a premium brand

Address customer questions, concerns, and preferences related to products and pricing

Document and summarize customer interactions clearly to support the sales teams

Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and ensure a consistent customer journeyEnsure all interactions meet high quality and service standards

Requirements

Fluent Dutch and good level of English

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client support is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in the automotive industry is xugodme a plus

Comfortable following structured processes and documenting customer interactions

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
