This role is ideal for candidates interested in customer support within a meaningful and people-focused project. You will assist customers with product-related queries, orders, and support processes, ensuring a high-quality and empathetic customer experience.
Your Role
- Provide customer support via phone and email for Spanish-speaking customers.
- Assist customers with product usage, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Offer clear and empathetic guidance to resolve customer inquiries.
- Handle administrative tasks related to customer accounts and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish and good English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Empathy and attention to detail, especially in a healthcare-related context.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
The Offer
- Full-time position in Lisbon, Portugal.
- 40 hours per week on rotational shifts (24/7).
- Paid training program (~20 working days).
