We’re looking for enthusiastic professionals ready to deliver top-tier guest experiences while working in a dynamic, international environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls in German to close reservations – focus on sales + service .
- Assist customers with inquiries and booking-related needs.
- Maintain a guest-first, solution-oriented mindset at all times.
What You Bring:
- C2 level German + Advanced English
- Experience in sales or customer service , ideally in hospitality/tourism.
- Residency in Málaga or nearby .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Details:
- Permanent contract (2-month probation).
- 39 hours/week – rotating shifts
- Gross salary : €21,500/year
- €1,500 sign-on bonus
