We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant based in Spain with strong finance domain expertise to play a key role in a large-scale international implementation. You will partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust finance solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and align processes within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Configure and customise Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Provide subject matter expertise on finance processes and ensure compliance with international standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant (minimum 3 years).
- Strong functional expertise in finance modules within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Solid understanding of international finance processes and regulations.
- Experience on global implementation projects .
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, international team environment.
Nice to Have:
- Additional European language skills (Spanish, French, German, etc.).
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
- Prior experience in large-scale multinational projects.
