Implement tracking and tagging in alignment with customer and brand guidelines to ensure accurate campaign performance measurement.

  • Ensure proper data collection frameworks are in place to support reliable campaign performance reporting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with campaign and web teams to validate tag implementation across digital channels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tagging discrepancies to maintain data integrity.

Analyze campaign performance data across channels including paid media, email, social, and digital.

  • Break down campaign results by channel to identify performance drivers and areas of improvement.
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on performance trends and historical data analysis.
  • Identify and document best practices for future campaign planning and execution.
  • Maintain and update core dashboards and data workflows to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop tailored reports with specific data points for senior leadership and key stakeholder groups.

Experience: 3–5+ years in campaign analytics, digital marketing analytics, or a related field

Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar tag management systems

Analytics Platforms: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or equivalent platforms

Data Visualization: Experience with BI/dashboard tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio

Reporting & Insights: Strong ability to synthesize data into clear reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations

Data Management: Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and workflow automation

Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership stakeholders
