🎯 The Role
As a
Data Engineer
with solid experience in
Oracle Data Integrator
(ODI 12c), you will work at the intersection of
data, technology, and business
, helping our clients turn complexity into clarity and insights into impact. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data integration and ETL processes, combined with exposure to modern cloud ecosystems and/or data visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Qlik.

- Continuously improve how data is used to inform decisions and create value
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 12c)
- Build and optimise data integration workflows and data pipelines
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across platforms
- Participate in data migration and modernisation initiatives
- Contribute to cloud-based data architectures and analytics environments
- Support reporting and visualisation initiatives when required
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues in complex environments
- Document technical solutions and best practices

👤 What We’re Looking For
Must-haves
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI 12c)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with ETL/data integration projects in enterprise environments
- Good understanding of data warehousing concepts
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform:
- AWS
- Azure
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in international and collaborative environments
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and sense of ownership
- Fluency in English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in consulting environments, international or multicultural projects
- Experience with Oracle databases and the Oracle ecosystem
- Experience with the following BI tools: Power BI or Qlik Sense.
- Exposure to modern data stack technologies, including Cloud (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Knowledge of Python or scripting languages
- Experience in Agile environments
- Certifications in Cloud or data technologies

- Bottom of the range You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.
- Middle of the range You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.
- Top of the range You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.
Final offers are based on
experience, autonomy, scope, and market context
, and are discussed transparently during the process.
