Data Engineer (Python SQL Azure Databricks) Madrid onsite to €130,000

You could be progressing your career at a start-up Investment Management firm that have secure backing, an established Hedge Fund client as a partner and massive growth potential.
As a Data Engineer you'll be instrumental in transitioning the core data platform to Azure, managing 3rd party data ingestion and integration. You'll collaborate and be supported by a small team, seeking ways to improve the data quality and introduce event streaming.
Location:
You'll be based in Madrid on a fulltime basis (Monday to Friday).
About you:
You have studied at a top 10 university in Spain (or top 200 globally) and have achieved 9.0 and above in Bachillerato and 7.0 and above in University - Computer Science or Mathematics preferred You have commercial Data Engineering experience working with technologies such as SQL, Apache Spark and Python including PySpark and PandasYou have experience with Azure DatabricksYou have a good understanding of modern data engineering best practicesYou're excited to join a start-up in a role that you can shape and influence You're collaborative with excellent English language communication skillsWhat's in it for you:
