The goal is ambitious: to design and optimize next-generation RNA-based medicines (siRNA) using predictive AI models and data pipelines.
Data Harmonizer: You will analyze and integrate massive, multi-layered biological datasets (like transcriptomics, genomics, and miRNA profiles) to guide drug selection strategies.
Technical Leader: You will set project strategies, define delivery timelines, and ensure all analytical workflows meet the highest engineering standards for data integrity and reproducibility. D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: At least 2+ years of postdoctoral or industry experience handling large-scale omics data (genomics/transcriptomics).
Engineering Skills: Proficiency in high-performance or cloud-based computing, pipeline development, and workflow design.
Location: You must currently reside in Spain and not require visa sponsorship. Familiarity with multi-species reference transcriptomes and multi-omics data integration. Is that it?
