Defence Sector Sales Lead - Hybrid Madrid

Thales Spain is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and execute our defence commercial strategy. You will target the Spanish MoD, Armed Forces, and agencies, guiding complex sales from opportunity to contract while coordinating cross‐functional teams.

Fluent

English (B2+) and native Spanish are required, with 5–7 years in B2G sales and a strong grasp of Spain's defence procurement. Travel within Spain and abroad is expected.
