DevOps Engineer (MongoDB / Cloud Platform)

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and improve MongoDB-based database services in cloud environments
• Automate operational processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and efficiency
• Work with Kubernetes for orchestration and lifecycle management (including operators/controllers)
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
• Monitor systems and ensure high availability, performance, and security
• Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams on MongoDB-related topics
• Support complex troubleshooting and incident resolution at an advanced level
• Stay up to date with the latest MongoDB features and cloud-native best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring, Infrastructure as Code)
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (administration, operations, or development)
• Experience working in cloud environments and distributed architectures
• Background in development, ideally with Go or similar languages (automation, APIs, testing)
• Interest in NoSQL xugodme technologies and cloud-native ecosystems
• Proactive mindset, ownership, and strong problem-solving skills
• Good level of English for working in international teams
