Digital Workplace & Software Distribution Engineer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Digital Workplace & Software Distribution Engineer to join a highly talented team in charge of the administration, support, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and Intune environments. In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert for digital workplace, interacting with various departments across the organization, ensuring reliability and efficiency of software deployment and Microsoft 365 services.

This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects alongside multidisciplinary teams, including Security, Communications, and Operations, while contributing to process automation and service improvement.
Main responsibilities
You will be a pivotal member of the team, focused on:
- Software Distribution and Unified Endpoint Management:
Working together with MS Intune and third-party solutions, ensure all the end-user devices (regardless of the OS and platform), are securely and efficiently managed across Verisure. Manage and optimize endpoint deployment, configuration, and lifecycle across all device types, using automation and zero-touch strategies to ensure policy consistency and fleet health.
- Microsoft 365 & Entra ID:
Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services, including Exchange Online, Office applications, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Viva suite. Lead the planning, deployment, and governance of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services, managing identity lifecycle, security policies, and supporting cloud migrations and user adoption.

What you will bring
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), endpoint and identity management with Intune and Entra ID (Azure AD), and automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Functions.
- A strong grasp of security protocols within the M365 ecosystem.
- Experience in multi-platform integration and client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in French
- Knowledge of both ITIL and Agile management and delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience migrating from hybrid to cloud will be considered a plus.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert, or equivalent, will be considered a plus.
- Customer Orientation and organizational skills, including time management and planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Team Collaboration skills with the ability to collaborate with remote team members.
- Proactivity and self-motivation, with a passion for continuous learning and staying updated on the latest technologies trends.
