You will manage and lead your team towards quality and great financial results. Help out and direct the teams to build and develop a vibrant community, being a team player and driving the daily operations. If this passion is yours, this role is perfect for you!

Now we're on the lookout for a dedicated General Manager to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse guests.

Your Role

As a General Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass:

Accommodation managing, including the bar.

Budget control and monitoring.

Review and optimize business activities and ways of working—driving financial performance and adding value.

Setting budget, manage forecasts, control and report all areas of the business.

Develop the business plan and implement new strategies to achieve the goals.

Maximize overall performance; sales, brand reputation, business opportunities, teams productivity.

Partner with key stakeholders.

Purchasing management and supervision.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience as a general manager in the hospitality industry.

Proficiency in spoken and written English; familiarity with other languages is advantageous.

Knowledge of the MEWS programme highly valued.
