More About The Role
- Develop and execute general category strategies for logistics, distribution, freight, travel, and fleet services aligned with Sonova's business and ESG objectives
- Lead general sourcing initiatives, RFX processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities across logistics and mobility categories
- Drive year-on-year cost savings and operational efficiencies across global freight and distribution networks
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams globally
- Establish supplier performance management frameworks, including QBRs and continuous improvement initiatives with strategic suppliers and 3 PL partners
- Monitor market trends, supply risks, and external conditions to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks across the supply chain
- Support digital procurement transformation by leveraging e-sourcing, analytics, and procurement systems to enable data-driven decision making
More About You
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
